The youth worker acts goal oriented and manages the organization as partner in the lifeproject of a superdivers group of youngsters
The student knows how to detect the key actors and stakeholders that support youngsters concerning education, leisure time, work and wellbeing.
The student knows how to detect the key actors/partners that offer support to youngsters in his own practice/context and involve them in the process of supporting youngsters in his own organisation (f.e. concerning education, work, leisure time, wellbein
