The youth worker acts goal oriented and manages the organization as partner in the lifeproject of a superdivers group of youngsters
The student knows how to detect themes and subjects that are relevant for youngsters in his own practice, who grow up in today’s (multicultural and fast evolving) society.
The student knows how to detect themes and subjects that are relevant for youngsters who grow up in today’s (multicultural and fast evolving) society
The student knows how to link theoretical concepts as ‘diversity’ and ‘superdiversity’ to his own professional reality.
The student can detect both challenges and opportunities when it comes to working with youngsters in a multicultural society
The student knows relevant theoretical frameworks concerning concepts as ‘diversity’ and ‘superdiversity’ (cfr Geldhof, Vertovec).
