The youth worker acts goal oriented and manages the organization as partner in the lifeproject of a superdivers group of youngsters
The student knows how to analyse the needs and strengths of his own organisation
The student knows how to analyse the needs and strengths of potential partners
The student is able to recognise the key partners and organisations, that can help him in order to achieve his strategic goals in his own practice
The student knows how to apply the basic principles of financial planning during the projects he sets up in his own practice.
The student knows how to link the needs and strengths of his own organisation to the needs and strengths of potential partners during partnerships and mutual projects.
The student knows how to realistically estimate the resources needed to realise the mission and goals of his projects/organisation
The student is able to link his own projects and practice to the mission, vision and goals of his organisation.
The student knows the basic principles of financial planning
The student knows the basic principles of project management
The student knows the principals of strategic communication.
The student is aware of the common principles of how local governments are organised and how they work.
