1. Physiology, care and guidance
The student calculates the correct medication dose in a simulated case
The student describes the different ways of administration of drugs
The student handles the drug compendium correctly
The student identifies the structure and functioning of the endocrinological system and recognizes the corresponding terminology
The student identifies the different layers in the skin structure
The student clarifies the importance of vitamin supplements and nutrients for the human body
2. Risk detection and Risk selection
The student describes the materials used in drug administration.
The student formulates the points of attention in drug administration
The student recognizes the teratogenic substances and describes in a simple way their influence on mother and child
5. Ethics and legislation
The student describes the content of the General Data Protection Regulation legislation
The student gives an overview of the most important aspects of social security in Flanders with regard to maternity care
The student has knowledge of the content of the law on privacy
The student acknowledges the limits within which the midwife's jurisdiction regime was legalized
The student applies the principles of 'professional secrecy'
