Learning outcomes (list)

1. Respect: the nurse is able to appreciate the client unbiased. This takes into account the shared values of the client and its surroundings.
1.3 Acts according to needs and requirements of the client and his environment in a complex care situation.
2. Realization: the nurse is able to take action to achieve optimum health and well being of the client.
2.1 Implements a systematic care plan for the client and its surroundings
2.2 Optimizes the care plan taking into account the amended disease – understanding of the client
2.7 Performs nurse actions in complex care situations.
2.8 Evaluates and optimizes the nursing acts in complex care situations.
2.9 Optimizes the care situation in function of the available staff, material and time. 
3. Adjustment: the nurse is able to reflect and to evaluate ownership in order to ensure the systematic and responsible care.
3.2 Optimizes the care situation by reflection.
4. Constructing: the nurse is able to build the care systematically and is answerable (responsible) for it.
4.2 Fits methodically plans in complex care situations and compares several nursing models. 
8. Coordinate: the nurse is capable to take on a coordinating function within an intra-and interprofessional team

9. Advocate: De nurse is capable to defend the interests of the client in the intra-and interprofessional team
