Lab engineer - Job analysis and Planning Lab activities
discusses the different blood and blood derivatives and their preparation, conservation, application and the rules of accountability.
discusses the most important pathological haematology focussing on the laboratory aspects.
discusses the pathological haemostasis and thrombophilia focussing on the laboratory aspects.
describes the current and less current blood type systems with their properties and emphasis on the antibodies.
defines the different body fluids and clarifies the practical aspects linked to this.
Lab engineer - Processing and Interpretation
solves a case linked to the ABO-Rhesus-Kell problems.
solves a case linked to the cross matches/ identification antibodies.
solves a case linked to the blood bank problems.
