The PBA electronics ICT determines possible solutions and makes informed choices in components for electronic and ICT systems, both hardware and software.
Understands the concepts of virtual and physical servers and cloud environments
Understand the utility and need for user management
Understands the goal of business continuity enhancing actions
Understand the utility of ICT systems as a means of communication
Understands the need to align and match different ICT systems
The PBA electronics ICT designs and develops electronic and ICT systems.
Develops a user-based plan based on roles and functions
Works a backup restore plan on server and / or database level
The PBA electronics ICT compiles existing electronic and ICT building blocks into a working hardware or software system.
Transfers data between different systems with the help of scripts
Can move a virtual server between 2 host systems
Installs and configures software on a server for certain applications
Manages software on a server for certain applications
The PBA electronics ICT tests electronic and ICT systems, verifies the required requirements and corrects where necessary.
Tests and monitors a system using tools
