Interaction - managing the class
is able to explain how a day/week in a preschool class can go if it would be perfect
explains, using examples, what child-adapted class management entails
Interaction - Inspiring Coaching
explains what is meant by self-steering and how this influences the development of (vulnerable) children
applies principles of a thoughtful selection process and cleanup process and indicates these
interaction - Improve well-being and engagement
is able to explain, in his own words, the importance of a positive living- and learning climate (and teacher-child relationship)
explains how he can optimally guide and stimulate pupils during corner work
expresses the meaning of the concepts well-being and involvement and the importance of these process indicators for the development of a child

explains what is meant by executive functions and what the importance of this is for the development of (vulnerable) young children
