having passed, or having a tolerated mark for Español elemental /3-4 AND having passed, or having a tolerated mark for Español práctico /1-2-3 AND (previously registered for Español profesional I/1 OR to be taken together with Español profesional I/1).

Learning outcomes (list)

The Bachelor Office Management is fluent in Dutch and at least 3 foreign languages ??(E, FR, D, S). The Bachelor Office Management maintains internal, external and intercultural communication both in writing and orally (telephony, communication, correspondence, taking minutes ...). The Bachelor Office Management can correctly assess and respond to the questions and wishes of stakeholders, he / she reacts empathically in all professional situations and always shows discretion in accordance with professional ethics and corporate culture.
The student can translate learned vocabulary.
The student can use the necessary expressions for oral presentations (e.g. presenting a guest speaker, thanking the audience, signaling a technical problem).
The student can spell words correctly (e.g. accents).
The student can interpret financial texts (e.g. invoices, vouchers, advertising brochures).
De student can formulate hypothesis while using the Subjuntivo and the Futuro Compuesto.
The student can use Past Tenses (el Pretérito Perfecto, el Pretérito Indefinido, el Pretérito Imperfecto) correctly.

The student can use sentences in reported speech, even when verb tenses might change.
