Learning outcomes (list)

The Bachelor Office Management is fluent in Dutch and at least 3 foreign languages ??(E, FR, D, S). The Bachelor Office Management maintains internal, external and intercultural communication both in writing and orally (telephony, communication, correspondence, taking minutes ...). The Bachelor Office Management can correctly assess and respond to the questions and wishes of stakeholders, he / she reacts empathically in all professional situations and always shows discretion in accordance with professional ethics and corporate culture.
The student acquires the skills to make commercial conversations.
The student is able to complete all phases of a sales conversation: make acquaintance - pay attention - discover needs - make an offer and reason arguments - handle objections - cope with hesitation - finalise a purchase - take care of aftersales.
The Bachelor Office Management has insight in and knowledge of accounting, software for static processing, social security, personnel management, marketing, sales techniques and quality assurance. The Bachelor Office Management can also process, analyze, monitor and report on company results, personnel- commercial- and financial data. The Bachelor Office Management can manage budgets and CRM systems.
The student is able to explain motivation, recruitment and training techniques.
The Bachelor Office Management works autonomously, sets priorities in the interest of the company. The Bachelor Office Management spontaneously helps with urgent work, makes suggestions to solve problems, is innovative and creative.
The student is able tot discuss and execute the complete sales process.
