Learning outcomes (list)

The Bachelor Office Management is fluent in Dutch and at least 3 foreign languages ??(E, FR, D, S). The Bachelor Office Management maintains internal, external and intercultural communication both in writing and orally (telephony, communication, correspondence, taking minutes ...). The Bachelor Office Management can correctly assess and respond to the questions and wishes of stakeholders, he / she reacts empathically in all professional situations and always shows discretion in accordance with professional ethics and corporate culture.
the student performs a simple dialogue, when the interlocutor is prepared to repeat things or rephrase and helps him formulate.
the student understand simple texts with a clear structure (eg. notes, reports, notices and posters or in catalogs.
the student understands familiar words and basic phrases himself, concerning his family and immediate surroundings when spoken slowly and clearly.
the student using basic grammar and vocabulary in a communicative context.
the student use simple phrases and sentences to present themselves and people from his environment.
