The professional bachelor in social educational care work independently assesses the possibilities and limitations of the client, in consultation with the client and his system and within the context of a team.
The student tries to understand a person in terms of his development by implementing new perspectives (this implies also having a look at his own development)
The student estimates what the abilities of a person are according to the developmental level he is at and what his needs are
The bachelor in social educational care work adapts his professional agogical conduct by making use of critical self reflection, recent insights from scientific research and local, European and international evolutions.
The student sums up evolutions in the various delevopmental areas for every life phase (physical, cognitive, social and identity development)
The student defines theoretical and methodical concepts regarding human development
The student describes the evolution of the various developmental areas throughout the entire life span
The student makes a schematic overview of every developmental area througout the life course
The student describes the various developmental tasks in each life phase
The student shows a nuanced, thorough, complete and dynamic image of every life phase
