Systematically makes use of professional business sources and critically interprets the derived information before acting upon it;
The student can from the aforementioned knowledge of law (s) , Decre ( e ) t ( s) and regulation (s) contribute to finding good solutions for a specific environmental problem through a case study.
Understands law fields and aspects most relevant to the business world; he/she can resolve less complex practical problems within these fields.
The student can explain the relationship between the various components of the environmental law.
The student can name the different instruments of the soil decree and define the different steps of a soil remediation project and explain .
The student can from the aforementioned knowledge of law (s) , Decre ( e ) t ( s) and regulation (s) contribute to finding good solutions for a specific environmental problem through a case study.
Understands the real estate market and the related notary public aspects and knows how to handle relatively complex problems in this field.
The student advises on the impact of legislation on architectural heritage in the property sector.
The student can describe the different instruments and players on land use and interpret .
The student can describe the various instruments on nature conservation law and indicate its relevance for the real estate industry.
The student can describe the course for the granting of an environmental permit for urban operations .

Na dit halfuur bespreekt de student de oplossing van de casus mondeling met de lector.
