Learning outcomes (list)

Systematically makes use of professional business sources and critically interprets the derived information before acting upon it;
The student can consult the various sources of labor law ( magazines, websites ...) and apply them for practical use for proper research.
The student can describe and apply the eligibility and conditions for granting access for the insured to social benefits
The students can look up the relevant legislation , jurisprudence and doctrine in a particular case.
Prepares, handles and follows up, independently or as part of a team, legal case/files within the confines of applicable regulations, procedures and guidelines within the para-legal profession.
The student can consult the various sources of labor law ( magazines, websites ...) and apply them for practical use for proper research.
The student can analyze a problem situation arises in the relationship of the insured with the social security institutions .
The student applies the relevant legislation , case law and doctrine to a concrete case.
