Is familiar with all aspects of social, social security and labour laws and knows how to handle relatively complex issues in this field.

The student can provide explanatory notes to the assigned question in more complex cases.
Prepares, handles and follows up, independently or as part of a team, legal case/files within the confines of applicable regulations, procedures and guidelines within the para-legal profession.
