Communicates, reports, presents and argues in an efficient and effective way in Dutch within the confines of his/her business context;
The student verbally substantiates his opinion on a legal subject.
The student can summarize a judgment / order or newspaper article on a legal topic correctly.
The student can correct mistakes against grammatic and orthography.
The student knows the most important terms about argumentation.
The student writes a report in clear and correct Dutch.
The student holds an argumentation in clear and correct Dutch, according to the rules of grammar and spelling.
The student transforms complex juridical phrases in language that laymans can understand.
Masters legal jargon in Dutch, French and English.
The student can fill in common legal terms in a juridical text.
The student knows the most important terms about argumentation.
Systematically makes use of professional business sources and critically interprets the derived information before acting upon it;
The student can hold a strong argumentation, based on reliable arguments.
The student formulates conclusions from research data (e.g. tables, graphs, etc.)
Reflects critically when planning his/her work and is results driven;
The student can write a well-founded research report on the basis of his research skills.
