Masters legal jargon in Dutch, French and English.
The student has an overview of the Criminal Procedure Code and can apply it .
Systematically makes use of professional business sources and critically interprets the derived information before acting upon it;

The student can calculate installment in a correct way ( pre-trail detention , appeal, object , ...).
