Understands the basic concepts of a number of legal disciplines ranging from criminology to criminal law; he/she is well prepared to complete a masters programme.
The student can sketche crime in general and criminality in particular and nuance it in its context.
The student can recognize the criminological founded theoretical models and appoint current literature.
The student can explain how victimisaties arise and what effect it may have on the victim.
Understands the criminal aspects within the field of criminology and the related functions of a police force; he/she is well prepared to complete the police academy education programme.
The student can name the different roles / tasks of the police and elaborate.
The student can place and interprete criminological science within the humanities and social sciences .
The student can describe the organization of current police system .
The student can describe the origin and evolution of the police scenery until today.
Reflects critically when planning his/her work and is results driven;
The student can recognize the criminological founded theoretical models and appoint current literature.
