Prerequisites

(having finished at least 60 ects credits in programme part (year) 1) AND (to be taken together with Deonthology and police/1) AND (to be taken together with Violence Management and Detection) AND (previously registered for Criminal law/3) AND (previously registered for Law of criminal proces/4).

Learning outcomes (list)

Acts deontologically within the business context with the appropriate attention to social and ethical responsibility;
The student controls the control stamps, passports and visas.
The student characterizes the phenomenon and facts HINTS violations of the immigration laws
The student knows the basic principles of the law and can apply them in a control situation. He / she is able to use the acquired theoretical, practical and technical knowledge in a practical exercise (roleplay).
Masters general concepts of business economics in a global economy and legal environment;
The student is able to explain the constituent elements of offenses , according to anti - racism and anti - discrimination legislation.
The student defines the basic concepts HINTS immigration legislation.
Understands law fields and aspects most relevant to the business world; he/she can resolve less complex practical problems within these fields.
The student knows the basic principles of the law and can apply them in a control situation. He / she is able to use the acquired theoretical, practical and technical knowledge in a practical exercise (roleplay).
Understands the criminal aspects within the field of criminology and the related functions of a police force; he/she is well prepared to complete the police academy education programme.
The student is able to explain the constituent elements of offenses , according to anti - racism and anti - discrimination legislation.

The student identifies the most common falsification of documents.
