Learning outcomes (list)

Masters legal jargon in Dutch, French and English.
The student advises how to settle a damage claim (e.g. via the 'Expertise' and 'RDR' convention)
Masters general concepts of business economics in a global economy and legal environment;
The student applies the concepts of 'actual usual driver' and 'usual driver' when solving an actual claim
Understands law fields and aspects most relevant to the business world; he/she can resolve less complex practical problems within these fields.
The student advises how to settle a damage claim (e.g. via the 'Expertise' and 'RDR' convention)
Is familiar with the tax, finance and insurance businesses and knows how to handle relatively complex legal issues within these areas.
The student describes the settlement of an accident between a motorcar and a pedestrian or cyclist
Substantively supports the law professionals (bailiffs, notaries public, magistrates, barristers, solicitors,…)
The student calculates the damage claim in case of drunken driving
The student calculates the settlement price in case of total loss under an 'omnium'-insurance.
The student calculates the amount of the claim in case of personal matrial damage under an 'omnium'-insurance
