learning promotion: determine the initial didactic situation
can, based on pre-set indicators and a fixed procedure (an interview on admission), find out information from a customer within a practical environment
can determine the level of physical fitness based on an intake conversation, discern and recognise sport injuries and set the goals of a standard healthy adult first
Learning promotion: Appropriate learning content
knows the basic power cardio machinery that we can find in a gym, can use these in a functional way and incorporate them in a basic fitness program
Learning promotion: differentiate talented
be capable to analyse any movement and dissect this up to a certain baseform and can, because of this, always offer a proper and safe answer that suits the needs of the customer
can effectively use alternative materials (kettlebells, dumbells, barbells, cables) efficiently as an addition/variation to the standard materials and incorporate it in a basic fitness program
can create a basic fitness programme and adjust it so it fulfills the needs of the customer, holding into account a solid construction, physical preparedness and the possible functional anatomic, orhopedic and/or mechanical problems of the customer
