describes the physiological response to allergies, the triggering factors, the symptoms, diagnosis and therapy.
describes the components and functions of the lymphatic system
describes the mechanism of action and toxicity profile of different toxicological groups (additive culture contaminant, preservation contaminant, environmental contaminant).
explains the physiological origins of immunological disorders such as hypersensitivity, allergy, immunodeficiency and autoimmunity.
explains the steps in the development of new medicines.
explains how the immune system is affected by vaccination, transplantation and immunosuppressants (eg. monoclonal antibodies)
places a given substance name in the appropriate pharmacological medicine class.
explains basic concepts of pharmacokinetics and - dynamics
