The student explains the following concepts: conflict, types and styles of conflict, and conflict management, and applies these in case studies.
8. Coaching
The student knows the administrative steps that are necessary for starting and maintaining an independent practice and can apply this within casuistry.
The student builds up and retains a professional relationship, with fellow student (s) of his / her own discipline by means of assignment mentoring and takes an example role for fellow student (s) and care providers by means of mentoring.
The student conducts a supervisory conversation with fellow students, taking into account the basic principles of feedback, and critically reflects on existing practices.
