The student explains the following concepts: conflict, conflict types and styles, conflict management and applies them in casuistry.
8. Coaching
The student knows the administrative steps that are necessary for starting and maintaining an independent practice and can apply this within casuistry.
The student builds up and retains a professional relationship, with fellow student (s) of his / her own discipline by means of assignment mentoring and takes an example role for fellow student (s) and care providers by means of mentoring.
The student conducts a counseling conversation with fellow student (s) taking into account the basic principles of feedback and questions the existing method.
11. Quality of care
The student describes the concepts concerning management, leadership.
The student describes the different facets of health financing.
The student indicates which matters contribute to quality care.
The student describes the different methodologies, models that are used to carry out quality testing and quality improvement.
The student situates the concept of patient satisfaction, patient safety and explains them.

The student explains the functioning and structure of an organization.
The student describes the operation of regional, national and international perinatal registration systems and can systematically collect these data.
The student knows various midwifery specific ICT applications (e-health) and is able to explain them.
