Learning outcomes (list)

The graduate creates an artistic learning environment which – in in all its didactic components – connects to the starting point of a group of learners or individual learners, and is pro active with regard to the diversity within the group of learners.
The student can show that he correctly assesses the target group by way of his lesson preparation and has insight in the target group.
The student can compose a lesson preparation for secondary school or higher education, in which he prepares for the target group, the assignment and how to teach it.
The graduate creates a positive climate for learning and living, and supports the broad personal, intellectual and social development of the learners via targeted activities and both formal and informal interactions.
The student can provide constructive feedback, in which he always begins with positive feedback.
The graduate can constructively collaborate with external partners with the goal of enriching what is available in education, and also facilitate the interaction between the artistic field, education and the job market.
The student can verbally and digitally discuss, cooperate and communicate with his fellow students and teachers - all in a constructive manner.
The graduate can autonomously, critically and reflectively unlock the available (inter)national research on an academic level in the domain of being a teacher in general and his/her discipline in particular.
The student can correctly adapt subject- and domain-specific knowlegde to the target groups.
The student can make a basic animation and a "How To"
The student can download and optimise (adjust format, merge, etc.) videos.
The student can handle a compact camera, smartphone or tablet (handle lighting, movement, zoom during recording, etc.) and specific hardware, such as laptop, beamer and smartboard.
The student can edit simple moving images (including the use of titles/text, sound and transition)
The student can show his aptitude at combining different media for the purpose of his classroom practice, using basic animations and how-to.
The graduate develops a personal vision based on the possibilities and limits of different theoretical paradigms in educational, didactical and professional research.
The student can clarify his formative vision on education based on practical experiences.
The graduate is capable of going through a complete research cycle, relevant for education, art education and/or the art educational sector
The student can execute the research cycle autonomously.
The graduate can give direction to, adjust and renew how he/she operates, based on inquisitive learning, self-evaluation and -reflection.
