Learning outcomes (list)

2.2 The student makes progress through independent study.
The student acquires the discipline to train his or her posture and fitness.
2.4 The student masters the correct playing techniques and postures.
The student develops good study hygiene and basic general fitness.
The student develops a consciousness of posture and movement with and without his or her instrument. He or she experiences the sound difference produced by a good or less good posture.
The student demonstrates a basic knowledge of the skeleton, the most important muscle groups and breathing, and the ergonomics of the standing and sitting positions.
The student acquires control over his or her breathing.
The student acquires understanding of relaxation techniques.
The student can engage the correct musical posture and knows what is required to maintain this.
The student acquires understanding of the "why and how" of achieving and maintaining good study hygiene.
