Learning outcomes (list)

The graduate can autonomously, critically and reflectively unlock the available (inter)national research on an academic level in the domain of being a teacher in general and his/her discipline in particular.
The student knows the theoretical models from the handbook (Hein's constructivist learning theory; Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi's flow theory; Gardner's multiple intelligences; Kolbs learning from experience; cognitive theory). Nederlands onvolledig.
The student can make connections between the theoretical models and the professional practice.
The student can situate the concepts 'cultural agogy', 'social-artistic', 'art education', 'inclusion' and multiperspectivity based on classroom visits, the broad workfield, the Mooss methodology, scientific research and current events.
The graduate develops a personal vision based on the possibilities and limits of different theoretical paradigms in educational, didactical and professional research.
The student can develop a personal view on the use of theoretical models in the art education.
The graduate is capable of going through a complete research cycle, relevant for education, art education and/or the art educational sector
The student can execute the research cycle autonomously.
The graduate can make creative contributions to the policy and development of a school, cultural institution and art educational organization, based on an active and inquisitive attitude with regard to professional innovation.
The student researches the different views on inclusive working, based on experiences in the field - both the broad art education and the cultural-agogic field.
The student can provide classroom examples that are relevant in the context of the three basic conditions (safety, freedom and challenge) and the five instruments (reinforcement, model-learning, insight, structure and variation).
The graduate is capable of communicating educational themes and personal strategies for the educational practice to stakeholders in education and the artistic field, and participate in the social debate.
