This course includes the following learning objectives:
Can give examples of how his or her teaching practice has an influence on the learning of each student.
Can explain, using an example, what a learning and/or school environment is, and how this environment becomes a learning or life climate for every student. Can specify which role he or she can take, both within the school and within the framework of broad (neighbourhood) schools
Can form an idea of the heterogeneity within a learning group on the basis of the given teaching material. On the basis of this diversity, he or she can create an open and robust learning environment, paying attention to both the individual concerns of each student as well as group concerns.
Can communicate verbally and non-verbally with a highly diverse group of students.
Undertakes his or her societal and artistic responsibility as a teacher/assistant in relation to pupils and parents, the school/organisation, the partners, and the artistic field.
Demonstrates his or her skills in the use of online learning platforms and online communication.
