This course includes the following learning objectives:
Chooses various teaching methods in a workshop for colleagues or in micro-teaching and can employ these according to the situation.
Has an eye for detail and the way in which something is performed, and helps his or her students to perform to the best of their abilities. Recognises and seeks to deepen the strengths of his or her students.
Engages with self-reflection and self-evaluation after a workshop, practice lesson or micro-teaching, and develops a critical mindset. Can adjust the process, actively search for solutions and can evaluate fellow students in a positive manner.
