Learning outcomes (list)

This course includes the following learning objectives:
Analyses the starting situation (basic musical knowledge and skills) of a class group.
Chooses and/or formulates course content which is relevant for the objectives which are to be acquired within the lesson plans for Soundlab and MCV (Musical and Cultural Education in part-time arts education), General Music Practice (secondary arts education) and Musical Education (secondary education).
Formulates objectives using lesson plans for the subjects Soundlab and MCV (Musical and Cultural Education in part-time arts education), General Music Practice (secondary arts education) and Musical Education (secondary education).
Formulates targeted (listening) exercises in a creative manner for Soundlab and MCV (Musical and Cultural Education in part-time arts education), General Music Practice (secondary arts education) and Musical Education (secondary education) lessons, and devises (listening) assignments.
Uses and directs group-dynamic processes and uses specific educational tools and teaching methods during micro-teaching.
Creates an optimal learning environment during micro-teaching, paying attention to the various skill levels and personal characteristics of the student.
Applies the acquired subject-specific knowledge and skills during micro-teaching, paying special attention to both correction of the individual and the group when doing exercises.
During micro-teaching, empowers the students, and encourages them to be independent and think critically.
Knows representative styles and genres and can link these to listening examples which are representative and illustrative of these styles and genres.
Prepares a lesson for Soundlab and MCV (Musical and Cultural Education in part-time arts education), General Music Practice (secondary arts education) and Musical Education (secondary education), paying attention to a balanced treatment of all musical aspects over a long time-span.
Researches the function and relevance of the MO (Musical Education), AML (General Music Practice), MCV (Musical and Cultural Education) and Soundlad teacher in education, society, and the artistic world.
Use artistic passion, skills and personality to inspire and guide pupils in their search for their own artistic passion and identity.
