Course content

Research 2 focusses on the students own embodied artistic practice, but there will still be research content input in the beginning of module 2. This will encompass the digestion of content from Module 1 and expand the area of research towards the relations between one’s own practice and the undercurrents of existing artistic practices and their codes. This discussion may include the theme of the symposium that takes place towards the end of this module.

The student will reflect upon the exchange of their developing artistic practice amongst peer artists and with the artistic field. The students will continue to reflect and challenge their research question as a result of the dialogues that took place so far. Their process will be documented in their portfolio.
The Portfolio continues to be the container for all written assignments from the other modules in order to reflect, develop, communicate and document in an articulated form upon embodied artistic practice in relation to the artistic field.
