Has theoretical understanding of all chord symbols above
Recognizes the I-II-IV-V-VI functions within one key
recognizes intervals (prime, second, third, fourth, fifth and octave) in ear training
can analyze a simple pop song harmonically and structurally
can perform reading exercises in sol and phase key
can perform moderately difficult rhythmic exercises within regular and compound time signatures
can decode and perform repertoire pieces and pop songs
can transpose repertoire pieces to his or her own voice range.
