This course includes the following learning objectives:
Can use observation to assess the choices to be made in a lesson.
Devises an individual plan for the student for the year in relation to the general learning plan, paying attention to the student's interests and capacities.
Can correctly describe good posture and use it for an appropriate conducting technique.
Knows how to control the learner's sense of style and listening skills through targeted listening assignments.
Knows how to make a suitable study method for students and teaches them to practise it.
Adapts the learning environment to the interests and capacities of the student(s).
Is alert to the diversity of the learning group.
Displays an open and communicative attitude and is empathetic.
Takes care of the general well-being of students, and drives them to use their own initiative and feel empowered.
Can establish good attitudes in students by paying attention to engagement, persistence in completion of tasks, performance, etc.
