This course includes the following learning objectives:
Understands the importance of estimating a starting situation and can name it.
Selects, formulates and structures appropriate objectives according to the initial situation and the target group.
Chooses and formulates teaching materials according to the level of the target group and the pedagogical process.
Integrates knowledge from the entire training programme in order to ensure a responsible and safe working practice for body and mind
Creates a motivating learning environment and pays sufficient attention to the individual development of learners. Can identify the diversity of learners and can choose between work forms to enable differentiation to develop individual potential
Takes care of the mental wellbeing of students during exercise classes and microteaching. Ensures a safe working practice for body and mind
