12: Deontological Action: acts deontologically, respects internal and external procedures, is alert to fraud and is self-critical.
The student is attentive to deontological principles
07: Trial and balance sheet, annual accounts, inventory entries, centralization: prepares the trial and balance sheet and the annual accounts according to the periodic and annual closing, does the current inventory entries and centralization.
The student understands the start up requirements when setting up a company.
11: Lifelong learning: maintains its own level of expertise by monitoring recent developments and legislation specific to the sector and is business compliant.
The student will discuss a simple case study of a company in trouble
02: Payments, Accounts Payable, Inventory Management: makes payments within own authority for approved supporting documents and takes necessary actions in accounts payable and inventory management.
The student will use the means of evidence
06: Tax files, VAT returns and reconciliations: prepares tax files and audits under the supervision of a manager and provides the necessary information to the social secretariat, makes VAT returns and reconciliations.
The student identifies the rights and obligations of the employer and employee under the collective agreement and consultative bodies
The student will use the essential concepts of social security
The student will explain the main concepts of the law on employment contracts
The student will describe the types of individual employment contracts
The student calculates the notice period in the event of dismissal
The student consults the law on the employment contract
