Learning outcomes (list)

The student formulates a concrete plan of demands for the project and presents this by using various communication techniques.
The student motivates and activates, as a leader, a multidisciplinary team.
The student constructively works in team and takes on different roles (team member, manager...).
The student critically reflects on thematic work and their own learning process.
The student critically explains the assignment bearing the project plan and presupposed deadlines in mind and evaluates in team the technical feasibility.
The student takes on different tasks and roles on a meeting and is decisive.
The student independently documents him or herself using (in foreign languages) scientific relevant literature considering an efficient approach of the project.
The student selects the proper measuring equipment for the preventive maintenance in function of the context.
The student demonstrates having a knowledge of different conversational abilities: non-verbal communication, (active) listening, ask questions, having your own opinion and dealing with criticism.
The student reports on paper and in a structural way to the members of the project team and the project coach.
The student analyses and assesses measuring data, proposes a recovery plan, keeping in mind the management aspects typical for the possibilities of the maintenance team.
The student predicts, using the developed project plan, possible failures.
The student executes the assignment, using the acquired knowledge from the education.
