The student interprets the wage line and calculates the wage cost
The student demonstrates understanding of the general principles of civil and commercial law and formulates, applies and analyzes them for their own professional development and implementation in the lodging, restaurant and catering industry
The student will demonstrate an understanding of the current issues and changes (legal) within PC302
The student will establish procedures for their own department, implement procedures, and in doing so, respect legislation
