01: Daily Operation: Acts from a current knowledge of the hospitality industry and assumes responsibility for the proper daily operation of their own department.  
The student welcomes guests according to the rules of etiquette and accompanies them to the table
The student notes a reservation and an order correctly according to the rules of the business
The student performs preparatory work at the bar
The student performs preparatory work in the restaurant
Student sets up the restaurant carcass
The student will set the tables according to the recorded reservations
The student realizes the set up and take down of the restaurant
The student serves drinks and dishes according to the rules of etiquette
The student performs simple room preparations and cutting.
The student says goodbye to guests in a professional manner
The student creates a bill in the restaurant or at the bar and closes the bill
07: Work professionally and apply safety regulations: Acts in accordance with hygiene, maintenance, safety and other applicable legislation and ensures compliance within own department. 
The student will work in a professional manner according to the predetermined safety standards
Student knows applicable food safety laws, identifies violations, and makes adjustments as needed
