Educational organisation (text)

Lectures, discussion and meetings – Case Study approach.
The students will be doing some field work (event centers, hotels, management surveys..) and doing interviews.
Coaching: the lecturer provides feedback during the course.

Students who choose this course, are strongly advised to also take the course European Hospitality and Tourism

Course content

Within clearly established long term goals and short term objectives, the students must proceed to
1. Gather relevant information
2. Evaluate competitive scenarios (SWOT)
3. Formulate different strategic options coming out of these analyses
4. Recommand the preferd option with appropriate rational
5. Present the resulting financial data
