Lab engineer - Job analysis and Planning Lab activities
describes the blood collection, blood collection tubes and their anticoagulant.
discusses the basic concepts of haematology (sedimentation rapidity, haematocrit).
describes the production and function of haemoglobin; haemoglobinopathy; haemoglobin-ligand.
describes the haematopoiesis and erythropoiesis (knows where the blood cells ripen, develop, growth factors, regulation of production).
describes the energy metabolism of the rbc.
describes the iron metabolism.
reproduces the construction and properties of the membrane of the rbc.
gives an overview of the different anaemias and their classification.
discusses the oxygen and saturation curve with their influencing factors.
enumerates the composition and function of the blood.
explains the decomposition of the rbc and the osmotic resistance.
describes the components of the specific and non-specific resistance: barriers, cells and molecules.
