Prerequisites

having passed, or having a tolerated mark for Communication training French AND having passed, or having a tolerated mark for Communication training English AND having passed, or having a tolerated mark for WS3 Communication plan (2CC) AND having finished at least 60 ects credits in programme part (year) 1 AND having finished at least 40 ects credits in programme part (year) 2 AND having passed, or having a tolerated mark for Advertising AND to be taken together with Campaign strategy AND to be taken together with Campaign execution.

Learning outcomes (list)

You have insight into the social context in which communication takes place, can assess the social and legal implications of communication forms and expressions and act in accordance with professional ethics.
You take into account legal and deontological aspects when developing an advertising campaign.
You devise and develop a creative visual concept or format. You have knowledge of image construction and master the basic techniques of photography, AV, layout and graphic design to create simple visual communication tools yourself. For more complex tasks, you will work efficiently with specialists.
You'll work out a creative concept in response to a briefing and you use various multimedia techniques in a targeted manner here.
You will work with professionals to accomplish a complex AV product.
You write fluent, correct and well-structured Dutch-language informative and persuasive communication messages in which the angle, content, structure, choice of words and tone match the medium, the message and the target group.
You write creative and recruiting texts that fit into a broad strategic communication plan.
You will independently develop an integrated communication plan for profit and social profit and for private and government organisations on the basis of research results obtained. This includes naming and classifying objectives, target groups and public groups, working out a strategy and choosing and creatively realising appropriate means of communication.
You will execute a strategic media plan and implement the appropriate communication tools.
