ANALYSIS
The student analyses the workplaces by means of risk analysis, checklists, measurements,... In order to recognize and acknowledge ergonomic risks
The student can analyse an office concerning the sitting position, desk arrangements, lighting, ...
The student recognizes ergonomic bottlenecks (physical and cognitive) and describes the different forms of wrong attitudes towards work. They can link a proper (risk) analysis technique to it.
The student can analyse an office based on sitting position, design of desks, lightning,... And can design an office by themselves.
The student has insight in the knowledge of the human brain, senses and perceptions and knows when mental burdens/ errors can appear.
The student interprets and reports about the compliance of legal regulations concerning the arrangement of workplaces, working height, risk analysis.
COMMUNICATION
The student interprets and reports about the compliance of legal regulations concerning the arrangement of workplaces, working height, risk analysis.
The student advises and motivates the employee to perform their job in another way and knows the basic principles of behavioural influence through communication and training.
