Learning outcomes (list)

The Bachelor Office Management has insight in and knowledge of accounting, software for static processing, social security, personnel management, marketing, sales techniques and quality assurance. The Bachelor Office Management can also process, analyze, monitor and report on company results, personnel- commercial- and financial data. The Bachelor Office Management can manage budgets and CRM systems.
The student is able to explain and apply the most important provisions regarding the editing of international agreements in purchasing, distribution and the agency.
The student is able to sum up, explain and apply the Incoterms rules.
The student is able to sum up and explain the various aspects of the international methods of payment (documentary credit in particular).
The student is able to sum up, recognise and explain the various documents used for trading with the EU and third countries.
The student is able to explain and apply the base methods for the limitation/neutralization of exchange rate risks (e.g. currency option contracts).
The student is able to explain and apply the basic principles of VAT and customs.
The student is able to explain the most important provisions of intellectual property law.
