Learning outcomes (list)

The Bachelor Office Management is fluent in Dutch and at least 3 foreign languages ??(E, FR, D, S). The Bachelor Office Management maintains internal, external and intercultural communication both in writing and orally (telephony, communication, correspondence, taking minutes ...). The Bachelor Office Management can correctly assess and respond to the questions and wishes of stakeholders, he / she reacts empathically in all professional situations and always shows discretion in accordance with professional ethics and corporate culture.
The student can write the following letters: a letter of inquiry, a sales letter.
The student can lead a meeting or participate meaningfully in a meeting.
The student can prepare a business presentation.
Students can introduce themselves during a job interview.
The student is able to write a cover letter.
The student knows the general business letter format rules.
The student is able to interpret and summarize an (English newspaper) article about topical business and general themes.
