Learning outcomes (list)

The student can apply the general civil law where labor law provides no specific rules.
Students analyze a problem situation which presents itself in the employer-employee relationship
Students can consult the various sources of labor law ( magazines, websites ...) and use them for proper research.
The student applies the hierarchy of sources of law in Employment Law.
The student is able to search for the legislation , jurisprudence and doctrine that is relevant in a particular case.
The student applies relevant legislation , case law and doctrine to a concrete case.
The student is able to define an informed solution to a problem using the legislation , jurisprudence and doctrine .
