Learning outcomes (list)

The Bachelor Office Management is fluent in Dutch and at least 3 foreign languages ??(E, FR, D, S). The Bachelor Office Management maintains internal, external and intercultural communication both in writing and orally (telephony, communication, correspondence, taking minutes ...). The Bachelor Office Management can correctly assess and respond to the questions and wishes of stakeholders, he / she reacts empathically in all professional situations and always shows discretion in accordance with professional ethics and corporate culture.
The student can translate learned vocabulary.
The student can describe images with learned vocabulary.
The student can pronounce correctly known and unknown Spanish words.
The student can spell words correctly (e.g. accents).
