The bachelor in social educational care work actively contributes to vision development, making and laying down the policy and managing the organization.
The student analyzes the organizational structure, organizational culture and financial management of organizations in the non profit sector
The student describes the discussed aspects of the rights of an employee in the field of care
The student describes the organization of quality controll within organizations and the implications of this concept for the clients and the Bachelor in social educational care work
The student maps out possible influencial factors in organizational transition processes
The student formulates recommandations for a specific organization with regard to fundraising, sponsoring and budgetting
The student formulates concrete recommandations with regard to corporate social responsibility
The student formulates proposals in order to optimize the set up and the guidance of transion processes in an organization
