the student will be able to formulate personal and professional development goals according to the SMARTI- system. (1.1.A.3) (Level 2)
the student will be able to link personal and professional development goals to the competences, this will enable the student to prepare for the 2nd group meeting. (1.1.A.3) (Level 2)
