Collecting relevant information (own experience, scientific evidence, legislation and properties of the care inquirer) for the construction of a care situation.
the student will be able to briefly describe the important preoperative risk factors (1.1.A.1) (Level 2)
the student will be able to describe the monitoring of vital signs (1.1.A.1) (Level 2)
the student will be able to name the different types of burn wounds related to their cause and degree of burn (1.1.A.1) (Level 2)
the student will be able to identify the main surgical patholgoies of the bones (traumatic and degenerative), the cardiovascular system, the respiratory tract, the digestive system, the pelvic floor organs, the endocrine system and the soft tissues (especially infections and hernias) (1.1.A. 1) (Level 2)
the student will be able to describe the types, causes and symptoms of a circulatory arrest (1.1.A.1) (Level 2)
Handling of relevant information (own experience, scientific evidence, legislation and properties of the care inquirer) for the construction of a care situation.
the student will be able to name the different types of shock, symptoms of shock and the measures that can be taken in a state of shock (1.3.A.1) (Level 2)
the student will be able to describe the care requirements for burns (1.3.A.1) (Level 2)
Developing a systematic care plan.
the student will be able to describe potential problems for the patient after healing from burn wounds (1.5.A.1) (Level 2)
Acting out of the nursing’s basic principles (hygiene, sterility, comfort, privacy, self-care and participation, safety, ergonomics, economy, ecology)
At the end of this OLOD the student will be able to briefly describe the important postoperative complications and their preventive measures (2.3.A.1) (Level 2)
the student will be able to identify the points of concern and care principles that are specific to the care of wounds considered to be septic and indicate which dressing materials are appropriate (2.3.A.1) (Level 2)
