Learning outcomes (list)

Collecting relevant information (own experience, scientific evidence, legislation and properties of the care inquirer) for the construction of a care situation.
The student will be able to name the correct medicale imaging technique for the most common clinical indications. (1.1.A.1.) (level 3)
The student will be able to describe the principles, goal, indications and course of the most important researches in medicale imaging. (1.1.A.1.) (level 3)
The student will be able to describe different medicale imaging techniques and their pro's and con's. (1.1.A.1.) (level 3)
The student will be able to name the different forms of anesthetics in the OR and corresponding preparation / guidance of the patient. (1.1.A.1.) (level 3)
The student will be able to describe specific aspects concerning child anesthetics (preparation fear management, post-operating pain policy). (1.1.A.1.) (level 3)
Applying specific professional acts.
The student will be able to indicate which materials and aids have to be present at and intensive care unit and an operating room. (2.2.A.1.) (level 3)
The student will be able to describe the preparation and folow-up care of the patient that had to undergo radiological research. (2.2.A.1.) (level 3)
The student will be able to describe the preparation, admittion, follow-up care and contrast-allergic reactions of contrast fluid. (2.2.A.1.) (level 3)
Acting out of the nursing’s basic principles (hygiene, sterility, comfort, privacy, self-care and participation, safety, ergonomics, economy, ecology)
The student will be able to recognize the dangers of working with ionized radiation (radio protection). (2.3.A.1.) (level 3)
