Collecting relevant information (own experience, scientific evidence, legislation and properties of the care inquirer) for the construction of a care situation.
The student will be able to use the SMART principle (specific, measurable, assignable, realistic and time-related) in adapting the objectives to the needs and progress of the patient/client (1.3.A.3) (niveau 3)
Make a nursing diagnosis
The student will be able to collect objective, subjective, precise and relevant data through nursing and systematic health evaluations (1.2.A.1) (niveau 3)
Handling of relevant information (own experience, scientific evidence, legislation and properties of the care inquirer) for the construction of a care situation.
The student will be able to critically and clinically reflect on the planning of care, based on his knowledge of nursing sciences and other disciplines (1.3.A.1) (niveau 3)
Taking into account the philosophical and ideological conviction and cultural aspects (including habits, customs and rituals) of the care inquirer and his environment during the care situation
The student will be able to integrate cultural aspects in plain/uncomplicated/simple care situations (1.4.A.2) (niveau 3)
